  The target audience for my Social Conscience posters, are young mothers that smoke who don't know any better. These posters are to hopefully make them realise that what they think is only harming them is also harming their unborn child.

Design Brief for Melbourne Nightclub Pictographic Map

I am a nightclub owner in Melbourne, and I am looking for a flier/pictographic map to expand the business for my 3 alternative nightclubs ‘Bat Cave’, ‘Lunatic’ and ‘Hell’s Pit’, situated in the Melbourne CBD. This industry thrives on a Metal/Gothic/Punk culture, which I am hoping you will be able to incorporate into the designs.

Target Audience

The audience that I intend to target will be young adults who reside on the alternative side of life, where music is their escape from reality. I wish to get my nightclubs more known to these people to create a haven for the alternative and weird. I want to show the youngsters of today that there are places for them to express who they are without prejudice.

Requirements

I require a pictographic map that clearly shows where in the Melbourne CBD my nightclubs are and also embodies the alternative culture.

If you could design me a logo and a map based around the images I’ve provided that would be preferable. I want something original and different to the other advertisement that is out there for the other alternative nightclubs. I want something bold yet simple and easy to understand.

On the pictographic map I want a basic map of the CBD with my three clubs clearly mapped out and also I would like to have the train stations, Flinders Street, Southern Cross, Flagstaff, Parliament and Melbourne Central, marked on the maps, this way the public can easily find there way.

Budget & Timeframe

My budget is anywhere up to $8000 for both logo designs and a pictographic map, I would like it if these were available no later than 31^st July, when I will be re-launching one of my clubs.
